Picked up on the hull horn before Vesper. Fourteen digits out of Epsilon Boötis, bounced back off the old relay in four voices — Teo, Crow, Paul, Bean — and locked on the fifth bar.

If you followed the echo here from the crash site, the ship already knows your hand. Pod 5-17's outer seal is warm, and Velvet's door on the title screen is open whenever you want it.
